- There is NO additional charge to collect your parcel to Nigeria if you are within 5 miles from location in Charlton, London.
- All prices are inclusive of the collection up to the final delivery to the recipient in Nigeria. So, all our customers get the same price for their cargo when shipping to Nigeria from the UK.

- The boxed items are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the parcel. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000.

- Tape boxes securely and fill empty spaces in the box with paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage to the parcel during transit.
