Please take note of the following important information when using our door to door shipping service to Nigeria. We want your experience to be seamless when using the shipping service.
The price you pay at the time of booking is the ONLY payment that you make. However, for high-value goods, the Customs Service in Nigeria might require additional clearing fees. We will let you know on time if this is the case.
How we work
- Bookings are made on our website or you can give us a call on 0208 858 0491 if that is what you prefer. Either way, we guarantee an efficient door to door cargo service to Nigeria from the UK. Our office is at Unit 102, 1 Meridian Trading Estate, 20 Bugsby’s way Charlton, London SE7 7SJ.
- You can choose to use cardboard boxes or suitcases. The boxes must be securely wrapped and ready for collection on the day that you specify.
- Our couriers will collect your goods directly from your doorstep. Or you can drop them at our office Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- There is NO additional charge to collect your parcel to Nigeria if you are within 5 miles from our location in Charlton, London.
- All prices are inclusive of the collection up to the final delivery to the recipient in Nigeria. So, all our customers get the same price for their door to door cargo service to Nigeria from the UK.
Minimum Cargo Weight
The minimum air cargo weight to requirement varies.
There are three different packages:
- Medium – 15 to 20kg
- Large – 20 to 30kg
- Extra large – 50kg for sea freight

What you cannot send
- Drugs (Drugs or medicines in any form or state are restricted)
- Hazardous Items (Any goods, products or other items containing hazardous materials)
- Weapons (Weapons of all kinds are prohibited. Including knives)
- Perishable goods (Any goods that need to be kept chilled or frozen, such as meat, fish etc.)
Pickup or Collection for door to door shipping
We collect from all over the UK at no extra charge to you. Please make sure you are available for collection at the time you specified in your booking.
The rate for air cargo to Nigeria varies
- Office Collection – Only available in Lagos.
- Delivery to Recipients – £6.00 per kilo when sending to Jos.

- For Sea Freight. Our shipment to Nigeria leaves once a month. Please contact us to get the next departure date.
Unboxed or Irregular size items
- Please wrap and tape all rolled up goods for the best results.
- If using bags, please tape tightly to reduce the risk of tearing.
- Tape and wrap irregular items securely.
Volume and weight of your cargo for a door to door shipping service to Nigeria
- The boxed items are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the goods. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000.
Packaging of your goods for a door to door shipping
- Tape boxes securely and fill empty spaces in the box with paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage to the goods during transit.
- Please wrap and tape irregular items securely.
Labelling of your goods for a door to door shipping
- Tape address label securely to your package.
- Please use clear tapes, so that the label codes are visible.
- Do not use loose tags (hanging).
- Place a duplicate address label inside the box (please place on top and not deep inside the box.)
Collection and delivery of your goods
- We will send you the collection address and phone number in Nigeria.
- Where we deliver to the recipient’s address, the phone number is VERY important. So, please include this in the booking form.
- Delivery to Jos is within 10-days. However, we always try to make sure that the items arrive at the earliest possible time. We always do our best to make sure that we give you the best door to door shipping service to Nigeria from the UK.
Insurance when shipping your car to Nigeria
- We do not offer insurance for the transit from our depot to Nigeria. However, you can arrange for goods in transit insurance independently if your Goods are of high value.
- We take utmost care of all the goods in our possession and make sure they are securely rewrapped to avoid damage while in transit.
