We will send the box to you for next day delivery. The boxes, barrels or suitcases must be securely wrapped and ready for collection on the day that you specify.
- Our couriers will collect your goods directly from your doorstep. Or you can drop them at our shipping address.
- All payments made at the point of booking, including the collection and handling charges, is all you will have to pay when using our Air freight services. There is a charge for the collection and delivery of Sea Freight items.
Minimum Shipping Package Size
The minimum cargo weight depends on the destination. For example, minimum weight charges for parcels to Abuja and most parts of Nigeria is 25KG, while Lagos is 20KG.
There are different sizes of Cardboard boxes and suitcases:
- Medium – 15 to 20kg
- Large – 20 to 30kg
- Extra Large – minimum of 50kg for sea freight only.

- Weapons (Weapons of all kinds are prohibited. Including knives)
- Perishable goods (Any goods that need to be kept chilled or frozen, such as meat, fish etc.)

We collect from all over the UK at no extra charge to you with our Air Freight. Please make sure you are available for collection at the time you specified in your booking. We collect items in boxes, suitcases, pallets and shipping barrels.

Unboxed or Irregular size items
- Please wrap and tape all rolled up goods for the best results.
- All items in bags must be tightly taped to reduce the risk of tearing.
- All irregular items should be wrapped and tapped.
Volume and weight of your package
- The boxed and suitcases are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the parcel. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000 for Air freight.
Packaging and ready for shipping to Nigeria from the UK
- Tape all boxes securely and fill empty spaces in the box with paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage to the parcel during transit.
- Please tape and wrap Irregular items securely.
Labelling
- Tape address label securely to your package. ( We will send you SPECIAL LABELS if you are using a Suitcase )
- Please use clear tapes, so that the label codes are visible.
- Do not use loose tags (hanging).
- Place a duplicate address label inside the box (please place on top and not deep inside the box.)
Collection and delivery of your goods for shipping to Nigeria from the UK
