The price you pay at the time of booking is the ONLY payment that you make. However, for high-value goods, the Customs Service in Nigeria might require additional clearing fees. We will let you know on time if this is the case. We offer a special collection for large items or items in large quantities at a reasonably competitive price. So it means no matter how large or the number of your items, we still make the door-to-door shipping experience a painless one for you.
How we work
- Make bookings on our website, or you can give us a call on +442081441890 if that is what you prefer. Either way, we guarantee safe and secure door to door shipping to Nigeria from the UK. Our shipping address is 24 Francis Groves, Bedford, Bedfordshire MK41 7DH.
- We charge a fixed collection fee of £15.00 for 5 or fewer boxes with door to door air freight.
- We collect items in cardboard/carton boxes, suitcases, shipping barrels and pallets. The boxes, barrels, or suitcases must be securely wrapped and ready for collection on the day that you specify in your booking.
- Our couriers will collect your goods directly from your doorstep. Or you can drop them at our shipping address in Bedford, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm if you are nearby.
- There is NO additional charge to collect your parcel to Nigeria when using our air freight services, and located within 5 miles of our office in Charlton, London.
- All payments made at the point of booking, including the collection, delivery and handling charges, is all you will have to pay when using our air freight services. The charges for the collection and delivery of sea freight items vary. Please contact us to get more details.
- We cover the whole of the UK from Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham, Coventry, Manchester to Southampton, Slough and Portsmouth. Wherever you are in the UK, we are here to serve you.
Minimum Cargo Size
The minimum air cargo weight for our door to door service depends on the destination of the packages.
- Medium Box – Usually takes items weighing from 10 to 20kg
- Large Box – Usually takes items weighing from 20 to 30kg
- Extra Large Box/Bag – For sea freight – 50kg for door to door sea freight

Surprise, surprise! There is NO additional charge to you if you are within 5 miles of our location in Charlton, London for both Air and Sea Freight. All our prices are inclusive of the delivery from the UK to Nigeria for air freight. Please make sure you are available for the collection at the time specified in your booking.

Shipping Dates
Our sea freight shipment to Nigeria leaves once a month while our Air Cargo leaves every week. Please contact us to get a comparatively cheap price for shipping your goods to Nigeria.
Unboxed or Irregular size items
- Please wrap and tape all rolled up goods for the best results.
- If using bags, please tape tightly to reduce the risk of tearing.
- Tape and wrap irregular items securely.
Volume and weight of your package
- The boxed items are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the goods. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000.
Packaging your goods for door to door services
- Tape boxes securely and fill empty spaces in the box with paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage to the goods during transit.
- Please wrap and tape irregular shaped items securely.
Labelling
- Tape address label securely to your package.
- Please use clear tapes, so that the label codes are visible.
- Do not use loose tags (hanging).
- Place a duplicate address label inside the box (please place on top and not deep inside the box.)
Collection and delivery of your goods for our door to door cargo service
- We will send you the collection address and phone number in Nigeria.
- The phone number is compulsory where we deliver to the recipient’s address. So, please include this in the booking form.
- Delivery to most cities is within 10-days. However, we always try our best to ensure that the items arrive at the earliest possible time.
