- We collect items in cardboard/carton boxes, suitcases, shipping barrels and pallets. You can choose to use your cardboard boxes or purchase one from us. We will send the box to you for next day delivery. The boxes, barrels or suitcases must be securely wrapped and ready for collection on the day that you specify.
- Our couriers will collect your goods directly from your doorstep. Or you can drop them our office Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- There is NO additional charge to collect your parcel to Nigeria when you are using our air freight services and located within 5 miles from our office in Charlton, London.
- All payments made at the point of booking, including the collection and handling charges, is all you will have to pay when using our Air freight services. There is a charge for the collection and delivery of Sea Freight items.
- We cover the whole of the UK from Glasgow, Liverpool, Birmingham, Coventry, Manchester to Southampton, Slough and Portsmouth. Wherever you are in the UK, we are here to serve you.
Minimum Cargo Size
The minimum air cargo weight depends on the destination and varies from 20kg to 30kg
There are different sizes of cardboard boxes and suitcases:
- Medium – 15 to 20kg
- Large – 20 to 30kg
- Extra Large – 50kg for sea freight

Get the volume and weight of your cargo right.
- The boxed items are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes. For shop-drop, the weight must be a maximum of 20kg per package.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the goods. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000.
