- You can choose to use cardboard boxes or suitcases for your items. The boxes must be securely wrapped and ready for collection on the day that you specify.
- Our couriers will collect your goods directly from your doorstep. Or you can drop them at our office Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- There is NO additional charge to collect your parcel to Nigeria if you are located within 5 miles of our office at Bedford.
- All prices are inclusive of the collection up to the final delivery to the recipient in Nigeria. So, all our customers get the same price when sending their cargo to Nigeria.
Minimum Cargo Weight
The minimum air cargo weight to Nigeria varies from city to city. The minimum weight requirement for Port Harcourt is 30kg
There are different sizes of cardboards boxes and suitcases:

Volume and weight of your package
- The boxed items are usually priced by weight, as long as they are the same dimensions as our boxes.
- The volumetric weight of a shipment is when the volume of space is more than the actual weight of the goods. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is Length(L) x Width(W) x Height(H) in CM / 5000.
Packaging your air freight to Nigeria
- Tape boxes securely and fill empty spaces in the box with paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage to the goods during transit.
- Please wrap and tape irregular items securely.
